Common Pisces complaints relate to the feet – swollen ankles, a proneness to blisters when ‘breaking-in’ new shoes. Also related to Neptune, their ruling planet are ailments such as phobias and anxiety, anaemia and fainting.
Lamb’s liver, shellfish, bran, chicken, bread and walnuts could be a beneficial source of Iron and Vitamin B6, necessary for the formation of haemoglobin and for the smooth-running of the nervous system. Vegetarian Pisceans could find protein through leafy vegetables such as cabbage and lettuce and root vegetables such as onions, beetroot, potatoes and carrots. Also fruit such as oranges, apricots, strawberries and melons are good for Pisceans.

Pisces on a diet:

Pisceans do best when dieting with other people. They are sensitive and will give endless support and encouragement to those who are dieting with them. No matter how lovely their figure, they will probably never feel comfortable with it because Pisceans can never live up to their romantic expectations of what they should be!

Swimming, yoga, ice-skating, fencing and dancing.
