Astro Diet – Aries

Arian health and eating habits

The trouble with ambitious Arians is that they’ll start a diet but never finish it because they get bored easily. They’re too energetic to ease off, even when noshing and can drive you crazy pacing up and down twixt courses. Spicy food is for them and they’re partial to pasta. They have a juvenile weakness for junk food and can wolf down a hamburger in a trice. This sign rules the head and that’s where problems can come. Eyes and ears are prone to disease and they are martyrs to migraines, headaches and frequent colds. Insomnia is another common cross to carry because they’re so hot-headed and hurried they are accident prone, so slow down Arians!

Your diet and essential foods

Let’s put all this information together and try to find an easy diet for you with quick results so you won’t have time to get bored.

Daily diet supplement

Your cell salt, Aries, is Potassium Phosphate which is needed for the growth and reproduction of nerve and brain cells. The migraines and headaches that Arians often suffer may be due to lack of Potassium Phosphate. Kali Phos pills are the homeopathically prepared biochemically active equivalent and I recommend that you take these along with your diet. They can be bought at any health food shop.

Here we go then, stick this list of foods up on your kitchen wall and make up your own range of recipes as you go along.

Positively no caffeinated coffee on your diet, you’re far too energetic as it is. I’ve included dairy produce in this list, such as eggs, milk, cheese and butter but if you can, try to cut these out and see if that helps those horrid headaches.

Well, I quite enjoyed creating that crop of recipes for you. I’m sure you will dive into your diet with Arian dynamism. Don’t forget your glasses of water before each meal. Bottled still water is best or bubbly bottled water, but if you can’t afford such luxuries then use tap water and if you have time, boil it first. If you want a hot drink try herbal tea. Avoid coffee because of your headaches and migraines.
