Astro Diet – Taurus
Taurean health and eating habits
A very robust sign! Apart from the Bulls food and sex binges this would be the healthiest sign in the heavens. They should ease off on the eating front because they have worrying weight problems which tremendously tax their tickers. Blithe bovines find it easy to relax by walking in the country or pottering among the plants. Taureans are prone to throat problems like thyroid glands, goitres or trouble with their vocal chords. They are also prone to asthma, bronchitis, diabetes and genital problems.
Your diet and essential foods
If only we can stop you munching so much, there should be no weight problem. Let’s see what we can come up with for you, diet-wise.
Daily diet supplement
Your cell salt, Taurus, is Sodium Sulphate which helps break down foods and gets rid of excess water in the body. It is present in certain foods but it wouldn’t hurt you to take Natrum Sulphate pills which are the homeopathically prepared biochemically active equivalent and they can be bought at health food shops.
OK here we go, here is a list of foods for you to stick up on your kitchen wall, select a menu for a week.
