Astro Diet – Cancer
Cancerian health and eating habits
Cancer rules the stomach and many are prone to ulcers and indigestion. It also rules the breasts, childbirth and the reproductive system and many Crabettes have womb trouble and problems during pregnancy. Cancerians like to look good and are miserably melancholic if they’re overweight. They blow up like balloons when rejected in love but deflate rapidly when their love is requited. They’ve probably experienced every dietary delight under the sun but none feels right for them. Some Cancerians do well in groups like Weight-Watchers. Crabs find it difficult to relax because they’re so emotional. At some point they can have a drink problem, usually to drown their sorrows and this is disastrous for those delicate tummies. This watery sign also tends to retain liquid which leads to a bloated feeling and weight gain. Cancerians are also prone to bone disorders, arthritis, rheumatism and nervous tension through unnecessary worry.
Your diet and essential food
Moderation is the key word for you, Cancerians, just try to cut down on your eating and drinking for a couple of weeks.
Daily diet supplement
Your cell salt, Cancer, is Calcium Fluoride and deficiency can cause brittle bones and hardening of the arteries and veins. I would recommend that you take Calc-Fluor, pills which are the homeopathically prepared biochemically active equivalent and can be bought at any health food shop. Eat as much watercress as possible as it is full of calcium.
Right, Cancerians, here is a long list of foods for you to choose from, just don’t choose them all at once!
