Astro Diet – Leo

Leo health and eating habits

I know you, lordly Leos, you lay your paws on all the latest diet books and aids and have inordinate intentions but as you chew a choc that book languishes in the library. Leo rules the heart, and if they don’t watch out, they can have trouble with their tickers. They really should moderate their mastication’s as they pile on the pounds so easily and that in turn puts a strain on those huge hearts. Lovable Leos have so many social events on their calendars that it can play havoc with their weight and probably work is likely to be a round of business lunches and cocktail parties to attend and those unwanted inches soon appear.

Leos are recondite relaxers and being a Fire sign it’s important that they let off steam now and then. Other ailments that afflict them are hardening of the arteries, hypertension, varicose veins and chilblains. Lions are generally strong but they are prone to obesity because of their love of luxury, leisure and pleasure. They sometimes have problems with their back, spines and circulation through indulgence and indolence.

Your diet and essential foods

Let’s put together a dynamic diet for you, Leo, one that cuts out fatty foods because too much high cholesterol is no good for you.

Daily diet supplement

Your cell salt, Leo, is Magnesium Phosphate which is found in certain foods. Deficiency of this salt can cause headaches, muscle spasms and indigestion. I would recommend that you take Magnesium Phosphate pills which are the homeopathically prepared biochemical equivalent and can be bought at all health food shops.

Well, there you go, you lordly lions, a few suggestions to start you off! Your creativity will conjure up more complicated combinations of chow! Don’t forget to drink your water, bottled sparkling water or still water is best but if you can’t afford that then use tap water and boil it if you have the time. Try not to drink coffee but if you have to, drink it black. Herbal tea is best for you. Try to banish the booze for a week!
