Astro Diet – Libra

Libran health and eating habits

Unfortunately, Librans like the good life too much and find it desperately difficult to adhere to any diet. Librans are either pleasantly portly and plump or perfectly formed and well-rounded. It might be easier for them to diet in droves – Weight Watchers might do the trick. Candies spell dietary collapse and excessive drinking can be disastrous to your kidneys and bladder, your weak points. Librans need eight hours shut-eye a night, essential especially when you’re overworking (which is all too often). Otherwise you’ll be overtaken by nervous tension, stress and all stress-related diseases like headaches and ulcers. Librans are vulnerable to colds, flu, high blood pressure and back problems. They are also prone to diabetes.

Your diet and essential foods

Try to tempt a pal to partake in this purge with you and you could offer each other moral support. You must lay off those sweets!

Daily diet supplement

Your cell salt, Libra, is Sodium phosphate, which is present in some foods and is necessary for the functioning of the kidneys and the elimination of waste matters. Deficiency of this salt can cause the stiffening of the joints and end up in rheumatism. I recommend that you take Nat-Phos pills which are the homeopathically prepared biochemically active equivalent and can be bought at any health food shop.

Good luck on your slimming session, Librans, and make up some smashing menus with lots of little tempting morsels. Don’t forget your water before each meal, bottled still or sparkling water is best but if you can’t afford that, use tap water and if you have the time boil it first. Try not to drink coffee but if you must, make it black. Try herbal teas.
