Astro Diet – Scorpio

Scorpio health and eating habits

Strong Scorpios are seldom sick but as they tend to burn the candle at both ends, they can end up exhausted, aching with insomnia and hankering to hit the bottle. Booze is the big bad beast for Scorpios because it releases those simmering emotions and makes them air things that they deeply regret in the morning! And the demon drink makes the Scorpion put on weight. If their insatiable appetite for sex is unappeased, they will be driven to devour anything to hand, like a box of chocs, a bag of crisps or a packet of chips.

Bottling things up and worry is the worst thing for their weight. Scorpios’ weak spots can be bowel disorders like constipation and haemorrhoids and they may suffer from serious genital organ diseases. The throat is another vulnerable point.1 Scorpios retain body fluids and need a mild diuretic. They’ve probably given all kinds of diets a whirl and had a go at health farm hideaways, and when they embark on each diet, they’re unshakeable because they have tremendous will power. They love browsing around health shops.

Your diet and essential foods

I’m sure that whatever diet I’ll design you’ll set your mind to it and see it through.

Daily diet supplement

Your cell salt, Scorpio, is Calcium Sulphate and a deficiency of this salt can cause stomach problems and also causes ovarian and testes problems. Calc-Sulph pills are the homeopathically prepared biochemically active equivalent and I recommend that you take these along with your diet. They can be bought at any health food shop.

Good luck with your diet. Don’t forget your glasses of water before each meal. Bottled still or sparkling water is best but if you can’t afford it then use tap water and boil it first if you can. Leave off coffee but if you must, make it black. Visit your favourite health shops and try one or two of their herbal teas.
