Astro Diet – Capricorn

Capricorn health and eating habits

Capricorns are self-critical and pedantic perfectionists, not least in their bodies and they make darned good dieters, with model determination. These gambolling goats are usually hale and hearty but being world-weary worriers they bottle up their emotions. Because they are workaholics who cannot relax enough to relinquish responsibility, sooner or later their cool will blow and they will be martyrs to nerves and tummy troubles. They can also get bound up with constipation. These grumbling goats dramatise their symptoms and lots of them ham it up as hypochondriacs.

Saturn rules their bones and teeth and some Caps fall prey to painful arthritis and rheumatism. They happily hand their molars and gnashers (real or otherwise) into the tender care of the dentist, when other people run a mile. Capricorn also rules the knees and that creaking and grinding sound is often an old goat coming down the stairs!

Some giddy goats cannot let go (try, Cap, you need to chew the cud like your carefree cousins) and when it all gets on top of them, they get tired and twitchy and forage in the fridge. The chocolates, cakes and candies they cherish are fatal when it comes to fighting the flab.

Many Saturnites have sensitive skins and are prone to skin disorders like eczema. Capricorn colleens are loathe to wear make-up for this very reason. Their spines are vulnerable and it is simple for them to slip a disc. They should take extra vitamins for their frequent colds. Capricorns are born with an old head on young shoulders but get more youthful as the years roll by. They will keep their distinguished looks and dry sense of humour.

Your diet and essential foods

Let’s put all of this information together and create a really good diet for you, Capricorns. One that’s not too hard to follow.

Daily diet supplement

Your cell salt, Capricorn, is calcium phosphate which is found in certain foods but it wouldn’t harm you to take calcium phosphate capsules which are the homeopathically prepared biochemically active equivalent and can be bought at any health food shop. Calcium Phosphate helps to build strong bones and teeth.

Here we go Capricorns, this is your diet. Remember the key word in your diet is moderation.

Well, Capricorns, there are lots of lovely foods to choose from and with your imagination, I’m sure you can create more interesting dishes than I have. Treat your diet as fun. Don’t forget to drink your water, bottled still water is best, sparkling water is second best and if you can’t afford bottled water then use tap water and if you have time boil it before you drink it. Create your own menu to suit your work schedule. N.B. Try not to drink coffee, black if you must. Herbal tea is much better for you.
