Astro Diet – Aquarius
Aquarian health and eating habits
Aquarians rarely need to diet. You see this sign is so tied up in work and career that they don’t have time to eat. Aquarian men tend to develop that middle-aged paunch after the age of forty. Because they are workaholics, they tend to overdo things and their nerves get gnarled as a consequence. The resultant stress may cause insomnia. If an Aquarian is stuck in a situation he can’t escape from, expect him to stuff his face and experience a weight gain. Once they’ve put on those inches it’s only that wily Water Carrier’s willpower that will overcome the problem.
Aquarians are often health food freaks and they find a fad and follow it furiously. They appreciate salty foods, so hide your nuts and crisps when they’re dieting or their determination will be all undone! They savour sour foods like pickles or gherkins unlike sweet toothed Taurus or Libra but folly lies in their fancy for soufflés and meringues. Some Water Carriers have high blood pressure and poor circulation and others are afflicted with anaemia. Aquarian’s ankles are their vulnerable points, especially when they are tired.
Your diet and essential foods
So, let’s put all this information together and suggest a suitable diet for you.
Daily diet supplement
Your cell salt, Aquarius, is Sodium Chloride (Nat. Mur.) Sodium Chloride is table salt and taken in this form it cannot really help you much. Health food shops sell Nat-Mur pills.
Here we go and good luck. Remember the key word in your diet is Moderation. Stick this list of foods up on your kitchen wall and work out a menu for a week.

There you are, Aquarians, your first week of dieting. Quite an airy and appetising menu but use your own imagination and it’ll be more fun. If you’re out at work, then your lunchtime menu must be created carefully. If you’re enjoying this diet then start to include beef in your second week. Well done, of course! Don’t forget to drink your water, bottled still water is best, sparkling water is second best and if you can’t afford bottled water then use tap water and if you have time boil it first. N.B. Positively no coffee or salt in your diet. Herbal tea is best.
