Astro Diet – Pisces
Piscean health and eating habits
Pisceans retain fluid and the Fish often feels fat and puffy. If their nerves are jarred or they’ve been spurned in love, food and booze will dull the pain, and drinking can be a major problem. They are prone to liver complaints so avoid excess alcohol, which can lead to cirrhosis and hepatitis. Any slight to the egos of these sensitive souls can set them off on an ice-cream and chocolate binge, and when depressed, they will devour anything, even junk food.
Pisceans suffer psychosomatically and can be perennial pill-pushers. If they’re under the weather they’ll get pessimistic and depressed and maybe turn to drugs as well as drink. Pisceans try health spas, hypnotism and crash diets, but it don’t come easy! The feet are their weak spots and they’re prone to any foot problems such as gout, corns and bunions. Pisceans hate standing for any length of time. They sometimes suffer from constipation so increase your roughage. Their alcohol intake must be carefully controlled because once they start, they’ll drink anything.
Your diet and essential foods
Let’s put all this information together and come up with something special for you to include all those fishy dishes, you so adore.
Daily diet supplement
Your cell salt, Pisces, is Iron Phosphate which is found in certain foods and is necessary for healthy red blood cells. Deficiency can result in anaemia. It wouldn’t harm you to take Ferr-Phosphate pills which are the homeopathically prepared biochemically active equivalent and can be bought at any health food shop.
So, there you are Pisceans, let’s put it all together and form a diet. Don’t forget the key word for your diet is moderation.

Well, Pisceans, that should satisfy your fishy tastes. If you’re successful the first week, then introduce turkey and beef (well done) in the second week. Don’t forget to drink your water, bottled still water is the best, bottled sparkling water is second best and if you can’t afford bottled water then use tap water and if you have time, boil it first. N.B. Try not to drink coffee, herbal tea is better for you.
