Astro Diet – Gemini
Gemini health and eating habits
Gemini’s ruling planet is mischievous Mercury who motivates them towards multifarious projects, so they have no time to eat and ignore those hunger pangs, the exception is if you’re born on the cusp of Cancer and then you’ll enjoy cooking and eating more than your average gem of a Gemini. Generally Gemini’s have few weight worries. Instant food appeals to them because it’s easy to prepare but some Gemini guys and gals are heavily into health foods and become veggies.
It is beyond the realms of realism for a Gemini to relax because inactivity makes them nervous and boredom makes them ill. These quick-silver characters have, no doubt, tried every conceivable way to lose weight from hypnotism to macrobiotic diets. Gemini rules the chest, arms and hands and they should be careful when touching machinery. Lungs can pose a problem and they can suffer from asthma and bronchitis. They also have a sensitive nervous system and because they find it so difficult to relax, some of them suffer from insomnia. They must choose a happy medium because overwork can bring on exhaustion and inactivity can bring on mental depression.
Your diet and essential foods
The secret in your diet has to be variety and if I put together a list of foods for you to stick’up on your kitchen wall you might find it interesting to make up your own recipes.
Daily diet supplement
Your cell salt, Gemini, is Potassium Chloride which is found in certain foods. Deficiency can cause colds and bronchitis which you are prone to. I recommend you take Kali Mur pills which are the homeopathically prepared biochemically active equivalent and can be bought at all health food shops.
Here is your list and I’ll suggest a few recipes to give you an idea of what it’s all about.

Well there’s the germ of a diet, Gemini. Don’t forget your water, bottled or still water is best but if you can’t afford that then use tap water and boil it if you have the time. Coffee is out for you, but you can have herbal tea if you like.
